If you love our Pyramid in-person classes, you will also love our virtual classroom and studio! A wide variety of classes are uploaded into our video archive library for our members and guests to download and use any time, any place! The video archives are accessible via any smart phone, tablet, or computer--and once you download the video, it is yours to keep and use as often as you like! We also offer live classes via the computer from time to time. Classes include cardio kickboxing, group strength, core, step aerobics, spin, trampoline, dance, meditation, yoga, and interesting combo classes. We created this virtual studio for anyone who cannot make our in-person classes, anyone who might be too shy or embarrassed to workout in a classroom setting, someone who wants to work out from the comfort of home, or for our "regulars" who want to take our classes with them on vacations. Maybe you prefer to workout with videos, but want to keep it exciting with an ever-changing variety of classes. WEEKLY WELLNESS CHALLENGES

Historical influences and modern commercial marketing have created a confusing landscape where an abundance of information is available about nutrition, but knowing how to identify the truth to create an eating plan that makes sense can be tough! In this workshop, we will explore the historical influences that have impacted our modern understanding of nutrition, and look at important key nutritional concepts to wellness from a fitness and mental health standpoint. If you've ever wondered about what diet is best, what to eat, when to eat, or how much to eat, which ingredients you should avoid, or why one person can eat one thing and it does not seem to have an impact but others can eat the same thing with difficulty, this workshop may be for you. This class is intended for informational purposes only and should not replace personalized guidance from appropriate nutritional or medical providers.

- FALL WELLNESS CHALLENGE UPDATE
Thanks to everyone who participated in the Fall Wellness Challenge! The results are in...Kim and Zack were tied for the most total points. Zack received a special honor for completing all spots on the Bingo game board! Sharon won the drawing for getting bingo. Everyone who participated is invited to the special By Invitation Only 20-20-20+ on Monday, October 6 at 5:30 PM. And everyone who got 5 spots on the board received digital access to my new CD, Guardians of Light: The EP/The Mixes. Special congratulations to Pam, Lisa, Sarah, and Sue-Ellen, who all did great in the challenge. We will be back in January for another big challenge...but in the meantime, let's celebrate October with some fun weekly challenges! This is just for fun--no prizes or scorekeeping unless you want.

1. Take a yoga or meditation class live or on demand with me
2. Attend a religious service or complete a spiritual practice that feels meaningful to you.
3. Spend time with a loved one (human or animal) with no electronic devices for at least an hour.

- FALL WELLNESS CHALLENGE - September 21, 2025-September 27. It's time for the bigger and better FALL WELLNESS CHALLENGE! Your task? Complete as many live and on demand classes as possible from Sunday to Saturday, as well as complete other wellness-associated challenges to collect points and get Bingo on the special Wellness Challenge Bingo Card! (Watch for the card posted here and sent out really soon!) Everyone who participates is welcome to join in a special "By Invitation Only" wellness class, and everyone who completes at least 5 of the bingo spots receives digital access to the "Guardians of Light EP/the Mixes" CD. Two grand prizes will be offered--one to the person who earns the most points, and one by drawing from everyone who gets "bingo" on the card! The grand prize will be a private session with William Kelley of your choice. Give yourself one point for each 15 minutes you spend in virtual live or on demand classes. Points are due by Sunday morning, September 28 (9:30 AM) Winners drawn/announced on Sunday, September 28 at 11:45 AM. Ready? Set? GO!

In this FREE lunch and learn, we will discuss the hormones in the body that impact mental health, talk about how they affect us holistically, and review simple things you can do to keep the hormonal balance.
