WEEKLY WELLNESS CHALLENGES
1. Try an in-person or virtual meditation class
2. Go for a walk in the woods
3. Set an intention for the week
4. Complete 150 push-ups on your own. (You can spread them out!)
5. Share your favorite healthy recipe with a friend
6. Attend Spirit Stories live on 10-27-2025, 6 PM ET
7. Take any live or on demand strength class with me.
8. Complete 125 squats on your own (You can spread them out!)

- SPIRIT STORIES 2025!!!! Monday, October 27, 2025, 6 to 7 PM. Get ready for the return of Spirit Stories! A fall favorite in the virtual studio just in time for Halloween! New England is full of spooky tales from when the veil between the living and non-living is thinnest. Although not intended to frighten, some of the stories border on creepy and weird...but will definitely provide an uplifting platform during these dark times! Grab a cup of tea or hot chocolate, wrap up in your favorite blanket, turn down the lights, and get ready for SPIRIT STORIES 2025!!!!
- HYPNOTHERAPY FOR SUCCESS, Monday, November 3, 2025, 6:05-6:40 PM. What does success mean to you? Whether you have an overall concept of success in your life, or you have a specific area or goal you would like to be successful in, this hypnotherapy class may be for you! With programming for deep relaxation and reaching your ideal of success, this class is suitable for everyone. This class is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and should not replace traditional necessary care.
- LUNCH AND LEARN: EATING FOR WELLNESS, Monday, November 10, 2025, 1 to 2 PM (PLEASE NOTE NEW TIME). Historical influences and modern commercial marketing have created a confusing landscape where an abundance of information is available about nutrition, but knowing how to identify the truth to create an eating plan that makes sense can be tough! In this workshop, we will explore the historical influences that have impacted our modern understanding of nutrition, and look at important key nutritional concepts to wellness from a fitness and mental health standpoint. If you've ever wondered about what diet is best, what to eat, when to eat, or how much to eat, which ingredients you should avoid, or why one person can eat one thing and it does not seem to have an impact but others can eat the same thing with difficulty, this workshop may be for you. This class is intended for informational purposes only and should not replace personalized guidance from appropriate nutritional or medical providers.
