Our nursing home is proud to offer a homelike atmosphere so that each resident and patient feels a part of the Life Care family. Our highly trained associates provide exceptional care to individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our in-house team of therapists and nurses work together to create an individualized care plan based on each resident's and patient's personal needs and goals. We are also proud to feature a secured Alzheimer's and dementia care unit.

❤️ Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care participated in UT Medical Center Heart Walk 2025 at Zoo Knoxville. The annual walk is a fundraiser for the American Heart Association - Tennessee. We also donated a basket for silent auction which included breakfast items from Grainger County. 🥞

We would like to say thank you to Food City in Blaine, The Flower Cottage Home Decor And Boutique, and SunFresh Produce and Service center for donating items for the basket. It was an event that UT case managers, Life Care Centers of America, associates and their families could enjoy and support the Heart Association. 🫀

Congratulations to Mrs. Lucille Hipsher on her recent successful rehabilitation stay at Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care in Rutledge, TN! 🎉

Mrs. Hipsher recently completed physical and occupational therapy after a hip fracture and was able to return home with her husband. Of his wife's stay at Ridgeview Terrace, Mr. Hipsher had this to say: "The care was excellent, and she did better than I ever imagined!"
