Only 30 miles from Knoxville, Tennessee, in Rutledge, Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care is a Life Care Centers of America facility. Our nursing home is proud to offer a homelike atmosphere so that each resident and patient feels a part of the Life Care family. Our highly trained associates provide exceptional care to individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our in-house team of therapists and nurses work together to create an individualized care plan based on each resident's and patient's personal needs and goals. We are also proud to feature a secured Alzheimer's and dementia care unit.
