One of my favorite pre-pose warm-ups! Squat all the way down (hips to heels), lift onto toes, exhale and curl in (forehead to knees). •Stretches your back and the soles of your feet 👣 • Abs contract (focus on the exhale!).

In Bikram Triangle (Trikonasana), notice how much of your torso is hovering over the bent leg — the more you tilt, the more weight you load onto that leg. It strengthens the bent leg and hip, but it’s intense. Avoid resting your elbow on the thigh — that takes the work out. Need to modify? Try bending the knee less or keep the torso more upright like in Warrior ll pose.
