Opening of Our Office on May 1st and New Check-in Procedure

To Our Patients:

On Friday, May 1st we will reopen our office. We look foward to once again providing you with all of your imaging needs and continuing to be a member of your healthcare team.

To insure the safety of our patients and staff, we have implemented changes to our check-in procedure. When you arrive at the office parking lot, call the designated office check-in number, which will be provided to you when you make your appointment. When a receptionist is available to check you in, you will be contacted on your cell phone. After you check in at the front desk, you will be asked to wait in your car until a room is available for you. In accordance with the Governor's decree, you must arrive wearing a mask and wear it at all times while in our office. Come to your appointment alone. The only exceptions will be for an adult accompanying a minor or a person in need of mobility assistance.

Please remember to bring your prescriptions for all ordered exams as we will not be able to have you wait in the office to obtain one from your doctor. You must call in advance for an appointment. In an effort to limit the number of patients in the office, patients without appointments will not be given access.

On the morning of your appointment, take your temperature and if it is greater than 99.9 degrees or if you have any symptoms of illness, we ask that you call and reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and all patients.

We appreciate your cooperation. Working together, we both can be assured that your appointment will go smoothly and safely.

If you are feeling ill, have personally traveled or a household member has traveled to an area affected by the Corona virus outbreak, including Italy, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Iran, or have had recent close contact with anyone who is under investigation for Corona virus, please reschedule your routine exam for when you are no longer ill or until three weeks have passed since your travel, the travel of a household member or any contact with a person under investigation for Corona virus. On June 13th, Dr. Diane LoRusso was the recipient of a Citation recognizing her 50 years in medicine.

The award was presented to Dr. LoRusso by Westchester County Medical Society’s President Omar Syed at the society's 2019 Annual Meeting. We congratulate and thank Dr. LoRusso for her dedication to her patients and to Rye Radiology.
