Meet Tina, one of Webster at Rye’s incredible Caregivers! Tina has been working at Webster at Rye since April 2025. When we asked Tina, “Why Webster?” Tina said, “Since my first day working at Webster, I never felt like the ‘newbie’. Everyone made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I have been a caregiver for 20 plus years. Webster at Rye is by far the best facility I have worked at. I feel blessed to be a part of the team. We all share the same compassion and work as a team to give each Resident the best care possible.”

Our July Star Award goes to Eva, in Activities!

We are proud to recognize Eva, our outstanding Activities Assistant, as a shining example of what this award represents.

From the moment Eva joined our team, she has brought a light and warmth that has touched both our residents and her colleagues. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude are felt in every room she enters. Eva doesn’t just complete her daily tasks—she pours genuine care, attention, and compassion into everything she does.

Her peers describe her as someone who goes above and beyond daily. She doesn’t hesitate to bring forward concerns in order to better the lives of our residents. She consistently strives to make sure every individual feels seen, heard, and engaged. As one colleague shared, “Eva makes sure to engage with each patient frequently—which really helps them stay aware, engaged, and upbeat.”

Her ability to connect with our Residents, lift their spirits, and foster moments of joy is truly exceptional. Eva’s kind and caring demeanor, combined with her natural dedication, has made a meaningful difference in the lives of so many here.

It’s clear to all of us that Eva has a very bright future ahead of her. She embodies the spirit of teamwork, integrity, and compassion that the Webster Star Staff Award celebrates.

Today our residents had an exciting visit with the Seacoast Wheelers, a non-profit all volunteer run organization.

Seacoast Wheelers Mission is to bring joy to individuals facing mobility challenges by providing inclusive and accessible bicycle rides, and companionship. We believe that everyone, regardless of age or physical ability deserves the opportunity to experience the simple pleasures that the outdoors provides. Our commitment is rooted in the belief that mobility should never be a barrier to enjoying the beauty of the world around us. That no one should be shut in or shut down. There is one constant here on the coast of New Hampshire; the beauty of our beaches. Our residents took a trip to Great Island Common in New Castle last week.
