Dear Patients,
Governor Cuomo has now allowed dental offices to begin reopening. Although we have always been diligent about wearing gloves, masks, and other protective equipment as well as fully disinfecting the offices in between patients and at the end of the day, we want to assure you we have made even more updates to protect both patients and staff. We do encourage all patients to come at their designated appointment time and bring no one else with them. No one will be allowed to wait in the waiting areas as only patients being treated will be in the office at one time. All staff members, even front desk staff will be wearing masks and gloves. We will take everyone’s temperature at every appointment. Patients will be triaged prior to being seen and anyone with symptoms or having been exposed to symptoms will be asked to stay home. All rooms have been equipped with air purifiers. All staff members will not only do our regular disinfecting procedures, but an additional series of disinfecting for an added layer of security. These along with many other changes will be noticed when you return to the office. Our whole office has done all the necessary OSHA trainings to ensure the safety of our community. We hope everyone has been safe and we look forward to seeing you all again.
