HypnoBirthing is a comprehensive program, fully preparing parents to meet whatever turn their birth takes, using the Mongan Method. HypnoBirthing is taught in a series of five 2½ hour-long classes. Classes can be taken at any point throughout your pregnancy. It is never too late to achieve the calm pregnancy and gentle birth you envision.
Doula Services: Our free initial meeting is 45-60 minutes long. Share your hopes and desires for your upcoming birth as we get to know each other. This is a time for you to gather information to see if I am the best fit to support you during labor and birth.
What is a DOULA? The word Doula is a Greek word meaning “women’s servant.” A Doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
