Hubby and I stopped drinking coffee Jan one for our daily morning caffeine as it was A giving us heartburn and B I love creamer in mine and I'm trying to loose weight. We personally have been just doing this tea below (double serving) once in the morning and it's AMAZING just add a beverage flavor packet of choice. If you love those boosted and lit teas from the local shops I can share with you what's needed for those as well!

Ohhhh my goodness you guys. This is by far my favorite shake yet! 2 scoops of formula one dark chocolate coconut, 1 heaping scoop of vanilla protein mix ( most do 2 level scoops).
