Nemaha County Community Health Services is excited to participate in this year’s Give to Grow Match Day! Your generosity helps us continue meaningful work that supports families across our community.

This year, donations will directly support our 4th Annual Community Baby Shower, a completely free event for all expecting parents and parents of infants in Nemaha County. Last year nearly 60 families attended, connecting with local resources and receiving education and essential baby items. With your help, we hope to provide each family with a high-quality gift bag and offer important safety items like car seats and pack-and-plays.

📚 School is starting soon—and that means school buses will be back on the roads! Now’s the perfect time for a refresher on school bus safety.

🚍 Stop when the bus has its stop sign out—even if you’re coming from the opposite direction (unless you're on a divided highway).
🚸 Never pass a bus that’s loading or unloading children.
⚠️ Slow down in school zones and watch for kids crossing the street—especially during pick-up and drop-off times.

Let’s work together to make sure every student gets to and from school safely this year!
