🎒Join us for Sabetha Pharmacy’s 2nd Annual Back to School Giveaway! We’re looking for volunteers to help make this event a success by assisting with supply distribution, setup, and tear down.

🕘 Event Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Volunteer shifts available:
🕘 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM
🕛 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🕓 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Whether you can help for one shift or all day, we’d love to have you! Help us support local students and families as they get ready for the new school year. 💙📚

✅ Volunteer hours from this event qualify toward Sabetha High School’s graduation requirement.

📞 If you are unable to pick up your child’s supplies during event hours, please contact Jordyn at 785-305-1996 to arrange pickup before the event.

Below are the details for our Annual Back to School Giveaway!

🎒✏️ 2nd Annual FREE Back-to-School Giveaway! 📚🎉

We’re excited to support our students and families with our 2nd annual FREE Back-to-School Giveaway! Join us as we give away school supplies to help kick off the new school year the right way.

📅 Dates: August 5th, 6th, 7th 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Sabetha Pharmacy
📌 Address: 934 Main Street, Sabetha, KS 66534

🎓 Eligible students:
• Grades PreK through 5th Grade
Must Attend one of the following schools:

– Sabetha Elementary
– Sabetha Community Preschool
– First Lutheran Christian Preschool
– USD 113 Homeschooling Students (must of pre-registered)

✅ Eligibility requirements:

-Students must be enrolled in one of the qualifying schools.

-All homeschooling students must preregister in order to receive supplies. (Public school students DO NOT have to pre-register)

🎒 Every eligible student will receive a backpack and a water bottle!

School supplies will be available for all eligible students, and there will be enough supplies for students from all qualifying schools.

💖 We are also looking for volunteers to help make this event a success!

Volunteers are needed for set up, tear down, and helping students get supplies at the event.

Volunteer hours will count toward graduation requirements for students.

Currently our phone and fax machine are not working.

We are now back open during regular business hours and processing new prescriptions again.

Right now, our system is still a little slow, so we can only help with the urgent needs.

Please call us for:
• Urgent medications
• Prescriptions you need right away

If you have enough medicine to last until Monday, please wait to refill.

This will help us take care of patients who need help ASAP.

Our computer system is still experiencing technical difficulties. We are working diligently to be able to process prescriptions soon.

We are currently experiencing unexpected computer system issues this morning that are temporarily impacting our ability to process both new and previously filled prescriptions.

For the safety and accuracy of our services, our doors will remain closed while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
