One of the last questions I'm going to ask you....
Are you READY?
Before you answer, I want you to reflect on a few things. Because it's harsh love time. For you, for me.
While this might be a kickstart program, because if you're like me, sometimes you just need a kick in the rear to get you going in the right direction...it's not a go hard then fall off program.
Lose weight/fat, work on your fitness, insert your goal here, etc. HOW YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN IT.
You need to look at all of this like day one FOREVER. There is no more starting over. There is no more giving your all until Thursday, "falling off the wagon" then just blowing it off until the next Monday to restart and then the vicious cycle begins again. No, we are going to have some rough days or rough moments. DON'T GIVE IT ALL UP FOR THAT ONE THING. You keep going, changing things up as needed, then giving yourself grace for those little fudge-ups.
This Kickstart Challenge is your LAST day one. That's how you need to look at this.
I know I'm tired of trying, getting overwhelmed by something in my life, giving up, getting tired of how I'm living my life, then starting all over again. Are you? Does this ring a bell?
It's time for discipline for consistency, whatever that might look like for your goals.
We have to change this mentality of all or nothing. That's not how we live our lives. We do our best everyday and live our lives to the fullest that we can. Fitness and health should be no different.
So I need to know...are you READY?
