This week, kids get to show off the skills they’ve been building across every part of the KidStrong program. We’re talking physical strength and coordination as well as focus, confidence and communication skills.

Showcase Week isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. 🙌 We want to recognize just how far each kid has come on their journey and help them feel pride in what their minds and bodies can do.

This week at KidStrong is all about SPEED⚡⚡⚡

Speed isn’t just about how fast kids move—it’s about the brain and the body working together. Through age-appropriate challenges, we’re helping kids develop explosive power, coordination and control.

For speed week, we’re working on:

👟 The shuttle run to build agility and quick decision-making.
🪜 Stair walk-ups for balance, coordination and strength for our youngest athletes.
🦘 Jump downs and box jumps for body awareness and controlled movement.

Every activity is designed to help kids move with confidence. Because speed is about more than fast feet—it’s about developing the confidence and character to live life to the fullest. 🙌

This week at KidStrong, we’re focusing on one powerhouse movement: the push-up! 💥

Push-ups are a super important upper body strength move, but did you know they have other benefits, too? Push-ups are a foundational exercise that teach kids how to move with control and coordination.

The push-up helps kids:

💪 Build strength
📏 Improve body alignment
🌟 Learn perseverance through gradual progress

Push-ups aren’t easy, but they are important to help kids develop the mindset that practice and effort matter. Each rep teaches resilience, focus and determination.

Every time we work on push-ups, we see kids gain confidence from doing something challenging, sticking with it. 💪 And that’s how strong bodies and minds are made!
