LPNs work under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and record all resident interactions to develop thorough documentation about their care. They help prepare residents for procedures and assist with routine recovery care after initial treatment. LPNs usually work with several residents at once and administer care according to a schedule, upholding medical routines and procedures.

With sadness we share the loss of Bob, he was only with us 4 short months however he had this genuine, humble soul that was so easy to connect with. He was always appreciative of every single thing done for him. He had a wonderful sense off humor and loved big! Our condolences to his wonderful family ❤️
