Daylight Savings Time ends this Sunday, November 2. For most of us it means an extra hour of sleep but for a senior in your life, there could be other challenges to navigate.

Alongside Stroudwater Lodge, Avita of Stroudwater, The Landing at Cape Elizabeth, The Grande at South Portland, The Enclave of Scarborough, and Sable Lodge Retirement Community, we enjoyed a friendly cooking competition in support of the South Portland Food Cupboard.
