Free Beach Chair Yoga!

This Sunday, August 17, 9 AM -at the beach down by the Pier. Bring your beach chairs, (doesn’t matter that it has arms on it) the higher the chair, the better or poses can be performed sitting down on the sand. Bring your beach towel and water.

Dust off that Sandy Beach chair and get your Arse in the sand, toes in the air! Come have fun; tone and stretch that core and look at the amazing harbor view!

Thought you might like this message of wisdom!

Unprecedented levels of frequency, solar wind, black out sections and walls of red have been reflecting planetary energies coming in this past week. The Schumman Resonance struggles to register the insane energies. There’s talk of timeline shifts, amplification but no real explanation. We are ascending as a collective and Planet and this is true for our entire Universe. As Above so below.

The Human biology is being kind of fire hosed with energy to clear distortions and trauma and programming. You may feel like you’re buzzing or extremely tired, you may feel disoriented or require more hydration, dry eyes, and perhaps emotional.

All of us volunteered for this, remain aligned and hold steady allowing everything to sheer off that is required. It’s a purification being offered as never before to assist our transition to higher dimensional experience. We cannot ascend higher holding onto our past, our trauma, or our old stories and programs. You MUST allow it all to go and stop fighting so hard to hold on.

Detachment is key to the reality you are reacting to emotionally because this has been written. This - ALL of THIS is triggering events beyond your comprehension. FAITH in yourselves and dropping into your heart space is required. We alter the realities by holding the highest light. We collapse timelines when we learn to let go fully.

This will be a rapid shifting into the New Earth Physically. Confront all divisions within you and stop being swept by the perceived tides.
