This month, our team engaged in a powerful training led by Dr. Ashley Shaw: A Primer on Behavior Therapy: Applying Opposite Action and Exposure Transdiagnostically Across the Lifespan.

Dr. Shaw helped us explore how behavioral principles, like facing fears and choosing actions that move us toward our values can be applied across diagnoses, ages, and clinical settings.
