I see you struggling, just to get out of bed some days, and I know how much it’s weighing on you. I wish I could sit there with you, just like we used to. I wish you’d do some of the things we loved doing together. I know you’re scared it might hurt too much, but I promise if you start to do those things again, you’ll feel me right there with you. I’ll be beside you, just in a new way.

It’s okay to feel like you don’t want to move sometimes, to take a pause and let yourself rest. Just don’t stay there too long, love.
