We had the wonderful Glamour Girls from Thornton Academy visit today and what a special day it was! 💄💅

Our residents absolutely loved being pampered with makeup and nail services. The smiles, laughter, and meaningful conversations shared made the day truly unforgettable. It’s amazing how something as simple as a little self-care can brighten spirits and bring so much joy.

Thank you to these amazing young ladies for spreading kindness, confidence and beauty inside and out.

We’ve had such a fun and activity-filled couple of weeks here at Seal Rock!

From celebrating National Oreo Cookie Day 🍪 to crunching our way through National Chip Day, our residents have been enjoying every delicious moment with fun challenges and lots of laughs!

But the fun doesn’t stop there… we’ve also been busy with some of our favorite daily activities like 🎳 bowling, axe throwing 🪓, granny pants ball toss and many other engaging activities that keep everyone active, social and smiling.

It’s always a great day when we can come together, make memories and share joy as a community!

☘️ Happy St. Patrick’s Day from all of us at Seal Rock! ☘️

Today was full of fun, laughter and a little Irish cheer as we hosted a St. Patrick’s Day Pub Stroll with our amazing residents, leadership team, and staff!

From stop to stop, everyone enjoyed the festive spirit, great company and plenty of smiles along the way. To top it off, our staff and residents celebrated with delicious reuben sandwiches and of course shamrock shakes —such a perfect way to enjoy the day!

We are so lucky to share these special moments together! Wishing everyone a day filled with luck, joy and a touch of green!

We’ve been rolling the fun right down the hallways this week!

Residents enjoyed room-to-room visits from our independent activity room carts 🧩📖 🎶, a cozy Hot Cocoa Cart ☕ and a delicious Flavored Popcorn Bar Cart 🍿 and our staff joined in on the fun too!

Today we celebrated National Cheese Doodle Day with a special snack and beverage cart full of cheesy goodness!

We love finding fun ways to bring smiles, treats, music and activities straight to our residents door!

🔥 It’s National Chili Day 2026 at Seal Rock Healthcare! 🔥🌶️

Things got a little spicy today with our Chili Challenge!
Our amazing staff brought their best recipes and residents & staff had the important job of taste-testing each one!

From mild and savory to bold and spicy, there was something for everyone — and lots of smiles (and maybe a few happy tears from the heat 😉).

Flavors of the World: London 🇬🇧

Last week at Seal Rock Healthcare, our residents enjoyed a special Flavors of the World dinner inspired by London. The menu featured classic bangers and mash and fish n’ chips, bringing a taste of Britain right to our dining room. It was a wonderful evening filled with great food and even better company!
