Why? Because there is a quiz that starts on page 93 . YOu check off what fits you to determine if your issues are inflammatory, hormonal, neurotransmitter, toxins, gastro, etc. Then it lets you know best foods to eat, menus and life force suggestions.
Next, write on a piece of paper some of the affirmations you will take to control your health from this knowledge and suggestions and another affirmation that will be delivered in class. A followup, mandatory cd will be provided at end of the session for $20 to keep you on track with afirmations!

Good morning! I am at amazing Flourish Arts As Sacred Healing (140 Main Street) in Biddeford today 1 to 4. Hope to see you. So many great things in the store and view art gallery. I can fix it if you have one leg longer than another, relieve pain and stress with KCR. TOMMORROW, Saturday I will be at Flourish Arts as Sacred Healing in Biddeford 1 to 4 Offering Kinetic Chain Release to balance the body, resolve discomfort and leg length discrepancies. It will follow on June 14 and 16th with KCR and intake as prerequisite for Hypnosis Smoking Cessation or Past Life Regression.

This is beneficial as described. Also pressing the LI 4 point, the fleshing area between thumb and forefinger is good to relieve stress and good endorphins...and I use as a post hypnotic action.

If a group or individual would like to form to discuss long or post Covid, I have several researched suggestions and all others would Im sure.

some in the book the concussion repair manual including red light therapy and sacral cranial therapy a big one that reduces lymph blockages. Pectasol that I can expand on and Kinetic Chain Release from my practice along with X 39 that allows our bodies to make own stem cells and glutathione for immune response. X39 is great and gives the release from fatigue when you feel you can do nothing that day is what I have experienced.
