I’ve practiced for 22 years under the name of Massage Solutions. However, the journey I began on all those years ago has fundamentally shaped my practice, perspective and skill sets. I now have several services— including CST, yoga, and reiki— that have been added to my practice. Through this expansion, I increasingly embrace an integrative approach to how I support my clients. The evolution of my practice has reshaped my mission and values. Honeycomb Healing symbolizes that change. I am incredibly ecstatic about this next step in my journey and I’m equally fortunate to have you all along the way!

Sunday morning Mindful Movement & Meditation will be extended on Sept. 29, from 9-10:30. We will move through a gentle yoga practice to prepare for a guided meditation that will allow you to do less and receive more. Stay after for fall cafe treats and community.
