🧠Active Recall: Put your notes aside and write down everything you remember about the topic. Then go in and see what you missed.

💬Teach it: If you don’t have somebody to teach it to, take a video of yourself explaining how to do it. Or write out your thought process as you go along.

📍Change locations: Get out of your room and go somewhere new. Bonus points if it’s somewhere around other people studying (like the library). As humans, we love to mirror the behavior of others!

❓Muddy Points: As you’re working, make a list of all the topics that you’re struggling with. Use this to go back later and practice, or to ask questions in class/office hours.

⭐️Reset: When you get stuck on one problem/topic for too long, it can feel super overwhelming. Get up, move your body, have a snack, and come back with fresh eyes.

Save this post for later and send it to someone who could use it! 🤗
