Frank did, however, discover that if “I’m not sure how those got in there” doesn’t soothe a dubious spouse, a panicked “well, just in case” will help one’s cause even less.

Amen 100%. Instagram therapy, while inspiring for some individual circumstances, is creating far more problems than it aims to solve.

It’s not self-care when you hurt your friend’s feelings.
