There is something really special about being around people who understand how your mind works.
Not trying to fix you.
Not judging you.
Not making you feel like you’re “too much.”
Just… getting it.
We spent time talking about anxiety, creating, laughing, and just being human together — and it reminded me how important it is to have friendships that feel safe, supportive, and real.
Those kinds of connections don’t just feel good… they change you. They help regulate your nervous system. They remind you that you’re not alone in what you carry.
I’m feeling really grateful for that kind of space lately 🤍
