In this segment, I will stay on the first step in the Seven Step Reset but shift to Priming from Neuroplasticity. However, the two are very interdependent and one can easily influence the other in both drections. However, I neuroplasticity is the one you can more readily impact.
Step 1 - which can be seen as our Personal Development and where we in that context. It places emphasis on Sustainable, reliable and foundational development.
During the talk on Priming, I will give examples of absurdly irrational priming can be while at the same time, have a huge impact - good or bad - when it comes to our quest or life design.

The 7 Step Reset was created for Transformation but it also works for anxiety because virtually everything we do involves some our 100 Billion Neurons.
