Hi friends!

It’s ya boi, Miles. I have some bittersweet news to share with y’all. I’m stepping down as manager for Qu**rs and Allies Fitness to go back to school full time!

It’s been such a joy to be part of the team here, and you will still see me in and out of the space as a regular member pursuing my fitness goals. I’m so thankful to have been able to work here, and am looking forward to this next chapter!
