Gramercy Court Assisted Living and Memory Care

Gramercy Court Assisted Living and Memory Care Gramercy Court is centered around patient wellness, physically and emotionally. We employ our own therapists and operate a large, fully contained therapy unit.

Gramercy Court Nursing, Rehabilitation Center and Assisted Living is focused primarily on post-hospitalization transitional care. Our greatest success is the ability to help patients recover and discharge back to home or to a lower level of care! Together, with our nursing staff, our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of functional independence. We are licensed by both the Califo

rnia State Department of Health and the Federal Government. As such, our staff provides 24-hour-a-day nursing care and supervision to our patients. These services include assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, ambulation, etc.), feeding or assistance with meals, giving of medications, treatments, etc. The level of services provided to an individual patient can vary greatly depending on that patient’s needs. Licensed nursing staff members are on duty 24 hours a day and work with a team of trained nursing assistants in providing the nursing care for our patients.

Walking together, making an impact. 💚

Teams across Generations Healthcare showed up for NAMIWalks 2026 in communities across California, stepping forward in support of mental health awareness, connection, and care.

Each walk was a reminder that mental health touches us all, and that meaningful change starts with showing up, supporting one another, and continuing the conversation.

Let’s keep the momentum going. Keep talking, supporting, and showing up!

Today, we pause to honor the service members who gave everything in defense of our country.

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

From all of us at Generations Healthcare, we wish you a meaningful Memorial Day.

Mental health is part of everyday life. 💚

Nearly 50% of people will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lifetime.

It’s not rare. It’s not isolated. It’s something that touches families, workplaces, and communities every day.

Awareness creates understanding, and understanding helps people feel supported.

Mental health affects more people than we often realize. 💚

In the US, 1 in 5 adults experiences a mental health condition each year, yet many still face barriers to care.

At Generations Healthcare, we understand the importance of accessible, compassionate support—especially for those navigating both physical and mental health challenges.

Raising awareness is the first step. Supporting one another is the second.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

We recognize that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being. It shapes how we think, feel, and connect with others at every stage of life.

We provide both physical care and mental health support each day, helping those we serve feel safe, understood, and supported.

This month, we join the effort to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage meaningful conversations around mental health.
