                                            There are a lot of conversations out there about your physical body, but  what about your energetic body?  Swipe through to learn a little more about this vital system.
Your energy can sometimes become unbalanced, but there are many ways to remedy this problem:
✨connect with nature. Put your feet in the grass, tend to a garden, or take a walk through nature. The earth is a limitless well of restoration available at our fingertips.
✨Move your body mindfully. Do anything that allows you to be present as you move. Yoga, specifically, can support energy balancing, but walking, swimming, and dancing 💃🏼can be powerful ways to rebalance, too. 
✨Experience Reiki. Reiki is an energy balancing technique that allows you to feel restored in body, mind, and spirit. If an hour of Reiki feels like too big of a commitment, look for a 30 minute session, or a reiki infused yoga class.
