A Day of Firsts

We had a wedding, today, at our facility! This was definitely a “First” for us!

One of our residents expressed his wish to marry his longtime companion. He asked if there was any way that we could help make this happen…of course! We were so blessed to be able to participate in this wonderful couple’s wedding day. The staff went above and beyond for this event. So grateful for them, and their kind hearts.

The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. Double Tree Post-Acute is a 122 licensed bed facility located in South Sacramento. We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA,) to join our team. We are currently hiring full-time for our AM and PM shifts and on-call CNAs for all shifts.

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal care, nursing assistance, and other assigned tasks to residents. This position provides direct resident care, assists in daily living activities, provides resident documentation and evaluation. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the supervising nurse or the Director of Nursing based on the evaluation of the resident's needs.
