Healing begins with the body. At Healing Pathways, we focus on calming the body’s response to trauma, helping it shift from a state of danger and alertness to one of relaxation and control. This essential step allows us to then address the mental and emotional aspects of trauma, paving the way for true healing.

Dear Colleagues,

Re: New In-Person DBT Group Starting August 13th, 2024

I am pleased to announce that we will be starting a new in-person Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group on August 13th, 2024. The group will meet every Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at our office, located at 2710 X Street, Sacramento, CA.

We believe that this DBT group will be a valuable resource for your clients, providing them with essential skills training to complement the individual therapy they are currently receiving. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you to enhance the overall treatment and support provided to your clients.

To ensure we maintain HIPAA compliance, we will provide updates on your clients' progress through secure and confidential means. These updates will include general information on their participation and any relevant observations that may support their individual therapy. Our intention is to keep you informed while upholding the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.

For your convenience, I have attached images of our group therapy flyer, which includes a QR code for patients to submit registration requests. Please feel free to share this flyer with any clients you believe would benefit from participating in this group.

If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist with the referral process and answer any inquiries you may have.

Thank you for your continued collaboration and support.

Warm regards,
