There are many different types of probiotic strains and it can be overwhelming when deciding which probiotic to take! ‼️

Probiotics contain live beneficial bacteria and can be helpful for both diarrhea and constipation management. Probiotics support the gastrointestinal microbiome and bowel regularity. 💩

Generally, a multi strain probiotic can be used in both cases 🦠 however, there are some specific strains for each case!

Do you feel exhausted, burnt out and craving salty foods? 😩 Your cortisol may be low!

Cortisol is a hormone known as our “stress response” hormone. Cortisol plays an important role in our sleep-wake cycle, regulating blood pressure and blood sugar, and regulating our metabolism.

It only becomes a problem when cortisol levels are imbalanced. This can happen due to chronic stress - your salivary or blood cortisol levels can be low or sub-optimal. ‼️ Note - this is not to be confused with the medical condition “Adrenal Insufficiency/Addison’s Disease” when the body does not produce enough cortisol ‼️

To improve your cortisol levels you want to focus on gentle movement, grounding herbs and hydration. This will support your adrenal glands (the glands that produce cortisol) and improve your energy. 🫶

✨4 tips to add more protein to your breakfast✨

Tip 1 - Swap your usual oatmeal for quinoa "oatmeal"

Tip 2 - Add collagen powder to your smoothie, coffee, yogurt or any drink!

Tip 3 - Use h**p hearts on top of avocado toast, peanut butter, yogurt bowl or in a smoothie.

Tip 4 - Add beans to scrambled eggs and omelettes, or make a breakfast burrito.
