More than concerns about declining heart health, wrinkles, or even an early death, two thirds of people say their greatest fear about aging is losing their mobility and the ability to do what they love.

Physical therapy helps older adults stay independent and mobile and build strength and endurance so they can keep doing what matters most — whether it’s walking the dog, playing with grandkids, traveling, or staying active in the community.
