and I are co-hosting an inaugural Higher Healing Doula Retreat in Sacramento, California. Our intentions for this retreat are as follows:

1. (I)nform BIPOC Doulas on the Holistic methodologies and benefits of implementing mindful practices in efforts to help birthworkers better decompress and promote personal wellness

2. (D)iscuss efforts on how to better educate and support clients by utilizing integrative medicine to help address pain management, provide mental health support and uplift social and spiritual wellness.

3. (C)elebrate BIPOC Birth Workers

*I.D.C* - I. Don’t. Care. We are releasing societal stigmas as we continue to progress and reclaim our birthrights. This retreat is dedicated to uplifting doulas/birth workers and is open to professionals who work in the maternal health sector i.e doctors, lactation consultants, pediatricians, obstetricians, midwives, maternal health advocates etc.
