Most of you have been going to your OBGYN appointments, some of you may even have midwives and/or doulas supporting you, but reminder that you need a team when you are transitioning from woman to motherhood. Whether it be a hospital birth, at home or at the birth center, here is a list of birth professionals.

💜Doctor of Chiropractic: Doctors of Chiropractic that have received specialized training in pregnancy work with pregnant mamas to restore pelvic balance and function. Due to increased relaxin in the body, it is common for the pelvis to misalign, decrease space for baby, and round ligament pain, to name a few. Chiropractic adjustments helps with creating more room for baby, helping with pelvic + round ligament discomfort, posture, reducing time of labour & delivery and easier breathing.
