Happy Halloween! 🎃 👻 🍬
It's a good season to start healing your relationship with food! Holidays bring all sorts of fun traditions and celebrations, many of which revolve around food. The quickest way to convince yourself you're "obsessed" with food or "out of control", is by limiting or depriving yourself of certain types of food. Unconditional permission to eat any and all foods you love gives you the opportunity to begin trusting your body again and healing your ruptured relationship with food. It's just one step in the journey of and it's an important one!
