We had an amazing time in Oak Park on July 12 — Sacramento’s oldest and most tight-knit suburb! ❤️🏡 The warmth of the community was felt in every hello and handshake.
And guess what? We even made a brief appearance on the evening news! 📺

We’re grateful to be part of such a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood.

Wellness Comes First at Apple Ridge! 🩺💙

On July 1st, we teamed up with the amazing staff at Apple Ridge Assisted Living to bring a Wellness Clinic right to their residents' doorstep!
We offered vital signs checks and helpful wellness tips to support their health and comfort. It was a great day of connection, care, and smiles all around. 😊
A big thank you to the Apple Ridge team for working with us to make this event possible! Looking forward to more meaningful partnerships like this. 🙌

June Fest Jamboree – A Perfect Day in Roseville🌞

What a joy to be part of yesterday’s June Fest Jamboree at the Maidu Community Center in Roseville, CA! The community came out in full force—families, kids, and even furry friends—to celebrate the season under sunny skies and great vibes. 🌿🎶🌭

We were thrilled to be there, connecting with everyone and sharing what we do. Our Community Outreach Coordinator, Vigrass, spent quality time with families, answering questions and spreading the word about our home health and hospice services.

Good food. Great people. Beautiful day.
