12/6/25 touched about 20 souls today . massage therapy it’s about giving back something that is caring, needed, rejuvenating, healing and motivated . Getting a massage can awaken and release trauma that you didn’t know was build up.

After 2day trip in Napa multimillionaire women’s retreat- I came back home to sacramento to be blessed with this three day convention at for the California Black Birth Equity Summit. This organization booked to provide chair massages to their attendees.

This was the first night in Doubletree off of Arden - on the El Dorado side for the staff. Then Monday and Tuesday for the public - conference. Wellness room

I am thankful to be in the room with so many Doulas, Speakers , and beautiful spirits.
