What an incredible time our supervisors and admin team had at our retreat at Viaggio Estate and Winery!

Supervisors traveled from all over to come together, and it was well worth the journey. We had a fantastic presentation highlighting the growth of Aura over the years, the exciting goals we have for the future, and, of course, some valuable bonding time. It’s moments like these that remind us just how lucky we are to have such a dedicated and passionate team.

💥 Meet the Aura Team! 💥

Our Director of Clinical Services, Danielle Pavia, has been in the field since 2007, where she got her motivation from having a family member dually diagnosed with Autism and Rhett's syndrome. She started off as a Behavior Technician and throughout her career she has held many positions in the field, both clinical and administrative, to include her current position as the Director of Clinical Services at Aura Behavioral Health. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018, holds a bachelor's degree in communication disorders and deaf studies and a master's degree in special education. Danielle is also a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Oregon and a credentialed teacher. In her free time, she enjoys finding hole in the wall food places to eat and tasting craft beer.

Danielle is an asset to our team and we are proud to have her apart of our Aura Family!

This weeks is one of our amazing Supervisors Savannah! She is true gem in the ABA field! Her dedication and positive spirit not only enhance the workplace but also make a significant impact on those she works with. It's professionals like her who, through patience and a helpful attitude, contribute to the progress and well-being of not only her clients, but those she works with. Kudos to Savannah for setting a high standard of care and support!

Happy !! This week, we are focusing on Ambria Heu!!

It has been a pleasure to watch Ambria's growth over the past year and to witness her commitment to her clients. Coming in as a new RBT can be challenging, but Ambria has shown true dedication to becoming an amazing Technician. She is always seeking and implementing feedback and finding new ways to improve her sessions to motivate her clients to achieve success. Ambria demonstrates immense care and compassion for her clients and their families, and her approach is inspiring! We are lucky to have you on our team Ambria!

Time to get cozy! Today our team swapped their jeans for something a little more comfortable. For , our Behavior Technicians and kiddos dressed 'down' in their comfiest and coziest pajamas! What a fun and relaxing way to start the weekend!
