We know from personal experience and from men that come to our group that most men don’t have many close friendships with other men that don’t include sports or alcohol.

We know that it’s not about the quantity or frequency of connection with others that matters, but the quality.

That’s what we aim to cultivate at Humble Warrior.

Benett here — I’m one of the facilitators for the upcoming Humble Warrior Men’s Retreat weekend in Cazadero, Oct 4-6!

As a yoga therapist, personal trainer, and bodyworker, I combine diverse modalities to create personalized fitness and healing experiences for my clients focusing on healthy range of motion, strength, and mindfulness.

My mission is to empower people to cultivate physical and emotional balance in order to realize their full potential in this human experience.

Men’s work has been a rejuvenating part of my life since it helped to bring me out darkest parts of my past.

This upcoming weekend retreat will be a big opportunity for growth and healing for all of us involved, and I couldn’t be more honored to help lead.
