As the holidays approach, there are sure to be many family gatherings. I encourage you to take the time to talk to family members about their lives. My mother passed away a few days ago. I am so grateful I took the time to interview her about her childhood. I was able to learn do much about her. I was enlightened as to why she did things the way she did. She was a kind, compassionate and a good Christian women. Please take time now to ask questions, pinterest has a plethora of interview questions for family members.

Happy Veterans Day! Do you have a veteran in your family? What branch of the service did/do they serve in? Did they live overseas? Were they deployed? Did they serve during war time? Some veterans are hesitant to talk about their experiences, please understand they may not want to share some of their memories.
