Looking for a Virtual fitness class you can do in the comfort of your home?
The dance instructor, Ania Flatau is very nice and understanding. It's a place of no judgment and you dance at your own pace.
Come join in on the fun. on Thursdays at 8 AM HST, 11 AM PST, 12 PM MST, 1 PM CST, and 2 PM EST.

United By Creative Minds is a group for people with disabilities who love art and socialization and love to just have a good old time.

Everything that is done within the group is kept confidential. The group also has a virtual component that is filled with a lot of fun events.

And there is no leaving without leaving a positive word or phrase. Including a quote. All classes are free, but donations are welcome. I have no music playing due to copyright laws. If you are looking for fitness classes you can take them in the comfort of your own home. Come Check out BORP virtual fitness classes.

The head admin takes a few classes and I really love it. They have seated Yoga and Tai Chi and Rumba With Tina (Dance class). These classes are super fun. Especially, the Rumba class that's on Saturdays. Every Saturday is a Theme and at times there's a prize involved. I also go to Magic Monday where a member of the group put together a playlist of 10 songs and comes up with a discussion question at the end. The whole purpose is to get together and have fun.

Other classes provided by BORP are; Sit Fit is a combination of stretches and Cardio, Seated Tai Chi, Strength training, and Move to the beats. Mindful movement.

The Bay Outreach and Recreation is located in California. They also have in-person classes for those who can make it. I on the other hand take virtual classes. If there is a class you are interested in register and you will get a Zoom link in your email. Sometime the link may not show up. Do try again if that happens.
