100 Weighted Bridge
7 Burpees
30/Leg 1 Legged Deadlift (heavy dumbbell)
8 Burpees
50 Elevated Band Bridge Abduction
9 Burpees
100 Band Jumping Jacks
10 Burpees

Repeat 2-3 times.

50 tuck jump

10 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 lunges R+L=2 reps, 15 squats, 20 ski jumps, 25 sit ups.

Finish with 300 jump rope
