Happy Mother’s Day to my mom & all the amazing mothers!!

After all the waiting, hoping, learning, and growing that this journey held, entering motherhood has felt both grounding and surreal. I don’t take a single part of this chapter for granted, and I thank God for my biggest blessing! ❤️

Today, I’m honoring the beauty of becoming a mom while also honoring every woman walking her own unique path. I’m holding space for the many different experiences that can exist around motherhood. For the mothers carrying invisible loads, the women longing to become mothers, those grieving pregnancies, babies, or versions of life they imagined, and anyone navigating complicated feelings today — you are seen too. 💞

I can’t believe in about less than 5 weeks I get to meet you!! 💞 So many different feelings at once, so many new feelings, but I know I was specifically chosen just for you! 🥰 I’m already learning so much & have so much more to learn and embrace. The beauty of letting go and surrendering has already brought me much more than I could have hoped for ! I’m hoping my recovering perfectionist side continues to embrace this as we continue this journey into motherhood!

Out of all my eras, I think this one might be my favorite!! ❤️

For a decade it’s just been me and you!! I can’t believe in just a little over 3 months it won’t be just you and me anymore! ☺️ The memories, the moments, the love..it’s impossible to put into a simple post. Each and every year I’m simply just grateful & honored to do life with you! & every new year with you becomes my favorite! We are embarking on a new journey, with new obstacles, new memories, new moments, a new type of love..but I’ll always feel grounded in the pure fact that at the end of the day, it will always be just me and you riding this life out!!

After a season of waiting, hoping, and praying… my heart is finally ready to share the fullness and joy that we have been blessed with! Our family is expanding in 2026! ❤️❤️❤️

There are so many quiet spaces and journeys that we navigate, and the discussion around fertility is rarely acknowledged, but deeply impactful. As a therapist, I’ve often sat with others in their waiting, grief, and uncertainty, and yet walking through my own has been something I could have never prepared for. The journey can be sacred and lonely, full of moments that few see or fully understand. I’m so thankful for those who were there with me during this journey!

I’m sharing this not just as an announcement, but as a gentle acknowledgment that so many carry unseen stories. My hope is that by speaking mine, someone else feels a little less alone in theirs. 💞

This year, my intention was to flow — to trust that what’s meant for me will come in its time. And it has, in ways greater than I could have imagined. The journey has been long… and yet, it’s only just beginning!
