Each year, our community comes together to honor, remember, and celebrate the lives of those who came before us. We invite you to bring a photo or small memento for the community ofrenda, where every memory and story becomes part of something beautiful and shared.

Cada año, nuestra comunidad se reúne para honrar, recordar y celebrar la vida de quienes ya no están con nosotros. Los invitamos a traer una foto o un recuerdo para la ofrenda comunitaria, donde cada recuerdo y cada historia forman parte de algo hermoso y compartido.

🕊️ Visit our booth to learn about our grief support services and share in our “Take a Note; Leave a Note” station, an opportunity to offer words of encouragement or receive a heartfelt message from the community.

💙 We’ll also be walking side by side with families, friends, and neighbors to honor loved ones and support su***de prevention.
