We sincerely apologize for changing our reopen date yet again.

Through this experience, I’ve realized that remediation and ensuring our space is truly safe for our patients and staff simply cannot be rushed. As much as the Eyes of East Sac team is eager to see your lovely faces back in our shop, this process has required more time and care than we anticipated.

Every repair, every seal, every finishing detail is being done with your health and safety in mind. We refuse to cut corners — because you deserve a clean, safe, and beautiful space to return to.

Thank you for your continued patience, grace, and support during this challenging season. Your kindness has meant more to us than you know.

We promise it will be worth the wait. 🤍

Reopening Updates: Thank you everyone for your patience during this time. Unfortunately we will not be able to reopen at the expected date and will push out towards March. We still have a few more repairs until our staff can go back into the office to set up. Please be aware if you have an upcoming appointment our front desk will reach out to reschedule to a further date. You may still call the office and leave a message/ or text us through our text message system if you have any questions or need help scheduling.

Right now, we’re still working quietly behind the scenes.

Updates for our loyal patients, This Friday the 16th we will be dispensing glasses and contacts only (12-1 pm)from the back door located in the parking lot. Here are some pictures showing the state of our office at the moment. Thank you for continuing to be patient and supportive. Please remember we are only in the office a few hours a week and we are trying to check in orders as soon as we can, please look out for any emails/text messages or calls regarding your orders.

Thank you to everyone for your concerns and kind words. As everyone knows the business next door had a fire incident on Christmas Day which resulted in our building having damages. Unfortunately the whole office is having to be repaired and sanitized. The office will be temporarily closed and we will not be dispensing until further notice. In case of an emergency please go to Urgent Care. If you have an upcoming appointment for this month please be aware it is cancelled and our front desk will reach out to reschedule. If you have any questions please text our automated message system so that someone on our team can get back to you as soon as possible.We are doing our best to resolve any questions or concerns our patients might have.
