A healing prospective on grief

It takes a village to raise a child! Getting communities, parents and the kids themselves involved is key. Then politicians need to support and fund it! Every dollar spend on prevention is a worthy investment in community wellbeing and will save hundreds in rehabilitation expenses, as well as costs of healthcare and crime.

A little bit about me and my practice

Over the years I have provided services to military veterans, trauma reactive youths, and incarcerated men. I am experienced in a variety of settings, such as residential dual-diagnosis programs, group homes and correctional institutions. In February 2018 I started offering my services in private practice. I am versed in helping my clients address challenges with emotional regulation, traumatic life experiences, substance use, homelessness, attachment issues, and relationship difficulties. I have worked with victims of crimes to help them restore a sense of safety and empowerment. I have also worked with perpetrators, as they take responsibility for their actions, embrace empathy, and gain a better understanding of themselves and others.
