Capitol Floats started as a mere idea in owner and operator, Ryan Duey’s subconscious. Having discovered float tanks while listening to the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Ryan first stepped foot into a tank in early 2013. After a series of powerful life experiences he knew that float tanks were going to change not only his world, but everyone’s. With a business background in sales and management, Ryan left his job with the San Jose Earthquakes to fulfill a calling to help people recognize their potential and attain a higher level of relaxation, creativity and growth. With the rapid progress of innovation, growth, and community in Sacramento, Capitol Floats was born. The stars aligned and his ownership group formed quite organically—from childhood friends to new business partners—Capitol Floats has a vision—turn off your distractions and tune into yourself to recognize your potential and make an impact.
