✨This 8 year teaching journey of mine, 7 countries, along with a practice since 2006 has helped me grow, evolve and learn. This month is Yoga Appreciation Month or National Yoga Awareness Month. From what started as a physical practice for me has become so much more. It’s a self-awareness habit that helped me get to know myself better. If you have not tried, I encourage you to take one step today to try. Remember that it’s not about what the pose looks like, it’s about how you feel.
