This is Abby, my spirit Mom.
She is pure LOVE!!
She shows up and serves.
She gives her all to everyone she meets in life.
She supports me, encourages me, cheers me on, and brings such a calm to my life.
The first time I met her was in 2019 when I was on my gypsy journey, and she let me stay at her beautiful home for a week!
I am so so grateful to have her in my world!
has brought so many amazing humans into my life! My life is better because of these humans!!

Being part of a retreat is something special.

The people you meet, the things you learn, and the renewal you feel.
Everyday, without being in the outer world, you are more present and aware.
You gain insights and clarity.
You change.

I made a point this time around, to really focus on my own growth and healing. Even as a helper, and not a participant, I can have my own experience.

Live the practice, not just help others experience it.

I have such gratitude for Davidji and all he does. He is the greatest example of being all the things he teaches about.

We are getting ready to certify more meditation teachers this week. I am excited to be in the presence of so many eager and humble students. I love watching the transformation in people in just one week. Here we gooooo.

Today was a weird day. A sad day, and a happy day. A day of reflection and loveeee. We had a neighbor who was sadly murdered. So we deemed today check on your neighbors day. We spent the whole day together. It was so fun and so perfect, and so tragic. Grateful for good people in my life and for neighbors who can be friends.

18 years ago a bright light was born! Drew has so much joy, and love, and is beyond talented in every single thing he does (or thinks about doing). He is such a great example to me and has given me so much love and happiness in my life! He has always been a fire that warms me! I told him today…You may be an adult now, but forever be a kid! It is that spunky kid that brings so much brightness to all those he meets! I love you my boy! Happyyyyy Birthdayyyyy
