Children's Mental Health Awareness Week officially started yesterday, and we want to highlight the importance of how crucial it is for children and young people to reflect on their mental health. As we share the importance of this week, we want to highlight one of our Behavioral Health Therapists, Jess Husband. She shares, "Awareness leads to positive change, and by bringing awareness to children’s mental health we can provide education on the impact of mental health challenges on young people, promote early intervention, highlight supportive resources, and normalize these conversations that are crucial to improving the overall well-being of the children in our communities." Every child deserve care, understanding, and support, no matter what they're facing. 💚
